Navigating
one’s career is an ongoing task, so the Career Development team (a team of volunteers within GRTM) is here to
support with the ‘how’ of achieving your goals by giving you the right
tools and a framework. We’ve put together an action plan that will make
managing your career development that much easier. The first phase of
this initiative will help you get to know more about yourself, leverage
and build on your skills towards achieving your goals using the Individual
Development Plan (IDP) document. To facilitate this, we have
organized multiple live sessions starting at the end of March that will
guide you on how to complete an IDP.
After
the completion of this training, you will be able to

- Use IDP related templates and documents
- Define your next steps plan to make the
most of IDP
