3.The incentive is open to HP Synergy and Proximity Partners in the Southern Africa Region active in the sales of the HP BPS and Printing Portfolio.

6.Sales reporting will be provided by HP and their Distributors and all sales are subject to verification. Supporting documentation, including tax invoices, may be required to validate the sales.

7.The prize is a four-night stay in Melbourne, a ticket to the F1 race in March 2025, economy class flights from Johannesburg, accommodation and organized events, meals, and activities for one partner representative of each of the winners. Spouses/family members/other relevant ones are not allowed to join the trip. The trip excludes: all other costs including VISA fees, upgrading flight seats, health and luggage insurance and spending money, which will be the winner’s responsibility.

8.A total of 6 packages are available for Synergy & Proximity Partners.

9.The winners will be announced by HP in writing by the 1st week of February 2025. Winners must then notify their HP Account Manager or distributor of the names and contact information of an employee representative to go on the top achiever’s trip and confirm the identity of that employee to HP, no later than 1 week after the winners have been announced.

10.In the event of unavailability of a nominated employee to attend the trip for any reason, HP reserves the right, at its discretion, (i) to allow the participation of another employee of the same winner, or (ii) to pass the prize to the next eligible participant, or (iii) to cancel the applicable seat on the trip.

11.This incentive is a non-tax-paid program. Beneficiaries will be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations, including declaration and payment of tax.

12.Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

13.HP has the right to change the trip destination, timeline or to cancel the trip in the event that there are not enough achievers, or in the event of the prizes not being available due to circumstances beyond HP’s control.
